Phase 1: Meet

Face-to-face meeting/interview to ensure we are the right fit for you and your project.

Discuss project vision

  • Site/Location
  • Design ideas
  • General budget discussion
  • Our pricing/timing/contracts
  • Clarify our services & fees

Phase 2: Plan & Budget

Lot/Site meeting to finalize home vision and location footprint

  • If you do not have a lot, we can help you find one through our network of agents or builder lots
  • Initial design review

Architect plan design

  • Based on site meeting, we can refer the right architect or work with your architect to finalize plants

Bid plan set

  • Once we have your plan set, we will bid out to our sub-contractors and land on project budget (3-4 weeks)

Phase 3: Construction

Assuming we are a good fit, we sign the construction contract

Client iPad with BuilderTrend Platform Access – A construction management app and desktop software that helps the customer have full visibility of the project from start to finish.

  • Live Construction Schedule mapping out the entire timeline
  • Client communication on any change requests or notes
  • Daily Site pictures, invoicing and much more!
  • Start building selection sheet and schedule on Owner Portal

Loan submittal to your lender

  • Submit our budget and plan

Submit plans for permit (2-3 weeks)

Construction starts (Full Process approx 10-12 Months)

Site Meetings

Construction Completion and Certificate of Occupancy

Final Walk Through

  • Punch list/warranty orientation


  • Bank/Construction to Permanent loan


90-day check in

  • Confirm you are happy and everything is working

11-month check in

  • One-year punch list/warranty check

2-year check in
