Casey has been in home construction for more than 25 years and offers a wealth of experience building custom homes, remodels, additions, and everything in between. He has a highly passionate team that supports him in the office with estimating and project coordination along with skilled craftsmen in the field who help oversee and complete projects.
Blake Suess is a Navy Veteran and native Oklahoman. He grew up learning the construction business from his father - an architect, home builder and land developer. Blake studied business finance at Oklahoma State University and worked alongside his father for 15 years supporting his father's contribution to the community as the President of the Home Builder's Association of Greater Tulsa. Blake brings many talents to the Rare Bird Builders team, accelerating the customer experience with his meticulous attention to detail. Some of his hobbies include golfing, grilling, yard work, and KC Chiefs football.
Breanna moved to NWA when she was 10 years old and has been there ever since. She graduated from Oral Roberts University in 2020 with a bachelor’s in public relations and advertising. She got married shortly after graduation and has two small dogs. Breanna has worked in design-related fields ever since graduating college and continues to want to further her experience in design related fields. She has gained valuable experience working as a junior designer and a marketing director. In her free time, she enjoys the gym, spending time with friends and family, horseback riding and playing with her two dogs.
Josh was born and raised in NWA and has been working in residential new construction and remodeling over the past 20 years. His passion is interior trim, and he specializes in the small details. Josh enjoys working on cars with his brothers, riding his bike on the Razorback Greenway trails, and spending time with his family.
Erick is married with strong family morals and is a self-proclaimed workaholic. Erick enjoys fishing, eating, and traveling to Mexico. His main source of entertainment is goofing around with family and friends.
